The staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Melanie, Briano, Gabriele, Veronica and Haidar were kind and always very helpful. Always greeted us with a smile. The room was small but very clean, the air conditioning kept the room as cool as we wanted it to be, the location of the hotel can not be beat. The bus station and train station where all of our tours started were in close walking distance. We would stay here next time without a doubt. We didn't eat breakfast there so I can't comment on that but I'm sure it was good. Starbucks and other restaurants are close by and the train station has lots of shops and more places to eat. I can not say enough good things about staying here.

Breakfast was lovely each morning! Access to cold water and coffee 24 hours was wonderful. There is a shared fridge space that was useful in the heatwave as our chocolate was melting in the room! The rooms are very basic but we were comfortable. Great location!

The location and staff were excellent. Compared to the room size and available amenities, I think the the hotel rate per night is pretty expensive.

Check in staff was super helpful and friendly…anticipating our needs .

A self-serve check-in/check out hotel. Was a very easy process. Kiosk style check-in devices in little lobby also included free storage lockers (but first-come first-served). Room was very clean. Location is only a 10 minute walk or less to the train station. Hotel is close to the Mercato Central and plenty of restaurant options. Would stay again.
