"I had a chance to stay at the “Courtside” cottage for 2 weeks. Everything was well appointed, the bedding was of top quality sheets and pillows and the kitchen was very efficient. Many great touches and thought was taken to all the details and information about the cottage as well as things to do in town. It’s in a very private location and the entrance and parking was off the main street but was very walkable to the shops and restaurants. Communication with Michael, the owner, was very good. I...

"The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely."

"My wife and I were in town with our car for the Medford Roadster Show and wanted a nice, quiet place to relax each day after the show. We found a real gem with this cottage. It is clean and cozy and in a nice safe farmland type neighborhood. Prefect for couples who want to get away. It's minutes from all of the shopping in Medford but far enough away to enjoy the two beautiful wineries five minutes away. The town of Jacksonville is minutes away and is one of the cutest old towns I've been to....

"This is really a lovely home very nicely decorated, located right next to the Rogue river. Your dog will absolutely love this place as it has a fenced in area that is great for exercise and wonderful for lounging around. We really like going out on the deck and enjoying the river. The hosts are so super easy to work with and very responsive. I wouldn’t think twice about renting this unit again. Great job!"

"A lovely semi-rural setting with helpful/responsive hosts. The cabin is basic but comfortable with excellent beds. Hunting-themed art and trophies on the walls. Lots of natural light during the day, but would have liked reading lamps for nighttime use. Loved the trees, grasses, and birds."

"Rosie's was a perfect vacation cabin! She thought of everything and the grounds were so beautiful. Flowers and birds and fresh morning air! I am in love with Rosie's property. She provided DVDs, ingredients for s'mores, and had a fire pit ready to go. We even saw a herd of deer. This spot was perfect for adults looking to relax and enjoy nature.
