The apartment is very spacious and have all the facilities needed. It was squeaky clean. The reception downstairs were very helpful and friendly. Beach is walking distance from the apartment and shops and restaurants also in walking distance.

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
We have stayed here four times. Our previous visits were without problem. After checkout we received a call accusing us of using the second bedroom in our apartment, advising that we would be charged for cleaning. We did not use that room. Left us feeling uncomfortable with our visit. Something went wrong from their end and we were blamed. After two phone conversations with the managers I felt that they still did not believe us but would cover the cleaning cost. There was no apology or concession that they may have been in the wrong. We are very disappointed and will not stay here again. If you book one bedroom make sure that the second bedroom is locked or has been checked clean.

fabulous views and friendly staff
The staff is wonderful, the suites are large with big decks and well fitted out. We stayed in 2 different units both with fabulous views and enjoyed the pools as we have in our previous stays. For us the location is perfect - our favorite beach, Tedder Street and a quieter residential area. This trip in particular we appreciated the management helping us to extend and then change again our stay. We look forward to our future return. The staff always had a smile ready - one of our favorite places.

We were on the 11th floor, the balcony and bedroom views of Main Beach and surrounds were terrific. The apartment was very light and spacious ( much larger in square footage than many of the others we checked out) the bathroom was large with a nice deep bath, and the kitchen had everything you could want ( except a proper coffee machine - plungers are so nineties!) 😉. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable, there was loads of wardrobe space, we cooked our own meals some nights and used the provided washing machine and dryer, so really, a home away from home! Didn’t get time to use the pool and spa, but it looked inviting. It was up the relatively quiet and peaceful end of Surfers, a stroll to the beach, and there were many nice eateries in Tedder Street. Free WiFi and personal, undercover parking space makes it a real Xanadu! 👍

We had a lovely apartment with gorgeous views. This resort is clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. I would highly recommend staying here as it is in a lovely safe area, close to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants

Really pleased with the size of this apartment it suited us really well. The bed was rather uncomfortable and the furniture was worn, could do with replacing the sofa, the lamps, the old drawers in the wardrobes. Little bit disappointed with the cleanliensss, lots of cobwebs, random marks and stains, old chewing gum left on a shelf in one of the wardrobes. Unpleasant smell to the place too. But aside from that, the view was amazing, it was overall a very pleasant stay.

Our stay at Xanadu was good. The two apartment we rented was clean and well maintained. The only issue I saw was the bathrooms had no exhaust, which was a bit strange, a hot shower would fog all the mirror and leave the place stuffy.

It is a nice property that is quiet and most neighbors are retiree condo owners. It isn’t as must of a hotel as a condo type hotel which was fine. The apartments are very spacious with nice big kitchens.

If you are looking for spacious accommodation, this is probably a right accommodation. I love the space. It is over 20 years old but the condition is reasonable okay. The shower is small leak while taking shower. Generally, I was happy to stay there.

Great location. Spacious apartment. 1990s deco (dated). Poor management: when there is vacancy in the building, they shouldn't rent an apartment to a paying customer on a floor undergoing renovation just 2 apartments away! Listening to the jack hammer going all day was simply awful. Very disappointed with our stay.

Excellent stay for 3 nights. Unit was very spacious & well appointed on the 24th floor with spectacular views. Couldn’t fault it at all. Would highly recommend a stay here & wouldn’t hesitate in returning again. Within walking distance to beach & restaurants at the top end of the Gold Coast.

Fabulous
Fabulous apartment overlooking the sea. Very spacious with all the amenities including indoor & outdoor shared pools, gym & tennis courts. Location is also good, only 10 mins walk to tram, situation inbetween Southport & Surfers Paradise.

Just an amazing place on the Gold Coast. Exceptional Pacific Ocean and beach views, comfortable and well-equipped apartments, close to excellent restaurants and the upscale vibe of Tedder Avenue in Main Beach, an easy walk from the beach or public transit - absolutely nothing to ask for. And very reasonably priced on top of everything else .Superb!
