Our family friendly apartment provides games and entertainment for fun filled evenings and a balcony to relax and enjoy views looking over one of the three pools.
You’ll find the kitchen is fully equipped making it a breeze to whip up delicious meals or refreshing cocktails.
When it's time to rest, retreat to the inviting bedroom where fresh linens and soft pillows promise a restful night's sleep on a king size bed. Wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to tackle another day of adventures.
Our living room provides comfy sofas that pull out into beds, providing extra sleeping areas ideal for children or additional guests.

You’ll have the choice of 3 swimming pools – the gorgeous outdoor lagoon style “beach in the sky” pool with spa area and heated indoor lap pool on level 5 and an extra outdoor lap pool on level 2 of tower 1. Both outdoor swimming pools have seated BBQ areas so you can picnic and lounge by the pool at the same the time.
If fitness is your thing, there is even a gym onsite ensuring you don’t miss a day! Once you have worked up a sweat in the gym, you can follow it up with a relaxing ‘chill out’ session in the sauna.
Feel like a celebrity with access to the private movie theatre on level 2 of tower 1. You can hire a slot onsite (with a security deposit) then sit back with your family and enjoy your favourite movie on a cinema screen in style.

We are here to support you throughout your stay our team will be contactable using the Airbnb APP 12 hours a day 7 days a week and 24 hours a day for property emergency's on the phone line. The Inn Paradise team are here to give you a 5 STAR experience.

The new foreshore has been fully remodelled and is bustling throughout the day with many exercise enthusiasts taking advantage of the beachfront boardwalk. Every Friday and Saturday night you can enjoy the Surfers Paradise Markets that are open from 4pm - 9pm.

1. WALK IT!

Everything in Surfers Paradise is within walking distance from the Chevron Renaissance Towers. If you're not thinking about going to much further afield then there is no need to pay for additional transportation or to drive your car.

2. CAR! We offer secure underground parking for FREE.

Seaworld: 5 minutes
Dreamworld, Wet n'Wild and Movie World: 25 minutes
Gold Coast Airport: 25 minutes
Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (Broadbeach): 10 minutes

3. TAKE THE BUS!

Regular buses run along the Gold Coast Highway from Coolangatta all the way through to Southport

-Building management will not tolerate SCHOOLIES, any booking requests for school leavers will not be accepted during November.

-This is a private rental managed by a third party. Reception will not be available to assist in your check-in.
House rules
- The person making a booking must be present at key collection with our concierge or lock box.

- Please check out by 10am unless otherwise arranged, late check-outs may incur a “late checkout” fee of $75.

- Please respect the neighbours, and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm, this includes loud music.

-In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. We do not allow for hens/bucks or adult entertainment. A call out to the property due to a non-comply of this policy will result in an instant eviction. No refund will be given.

- No smoking at the property. A fee will apply to have the property cleaned.

- If you have locked yourself out of the property a call out fee of $80 will apply.

- If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee up to $300 will apply.
