Make the most of your surroundings and soak them up on your balcony over-looking the beach. This is a fully furnished and self contained unit with ensuite, open plan living + dining space, internal laundry and full access to the resorts facilities which include a pool, sauna, 2 spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room.

In this unit the main bedroom is situated at the front, and the second bedroom at the back.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.
There is basement parking for one car per unit.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy.
As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Absolute Currumbin beachfront position with direct access to parks, cafes, restaurants and the beach. Walk or cycle to Currumbin Alley, Tommy’s Italian, the surf club and Pacific Parade’s beachfront shops. Just a short drive or flat walk to Tugun village’s thriving shopping and dining precinct, while popular attractions include Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Balter Brewery and a choice of iconic surf breaks.
Getting Around:
There is unallocated basement parking for one car. Street parking can be utilised when available. The nearest bus stop to travel north and south along the Gold Coast Highway is near the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
