Proper little home from home. Everything you need to hand. Great pool and jacuzzi. Friendly reception staff. Secure parking, allocated space. Highly recommended, would stay here again.

The apartment had blood on cabinets, hair in the bathroom, and mold in it. The aircon machine had a plastic bag in the hole connected it to the outside, and didn't work. the bed had a big orange stain on the sheets. it stunk like very strong bleach. Overall needs some major work doing. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer its not worth the hassle. We did get our money back thankfully.

The unit is a bit tired, the couch bed uncomfortable, wish the pool in summer was open till 10pm. my dryer wasnt working they got it repaired very quickly. mostly quiet apart from 1 night had skinny dippers in pool around 1pm. mostly clean

Property had everything we needed. Spacious unit. Comfortable bed. Only negative was the bathroom had no ventilation and smelt quite badly. We had to keep the door shut.

The most disgusting putrid filth ever. Blood on walls, mould in shower, appliances were putrid (even when swapped over), the stench of odours from other units even made paramedics sick. Aircon rusted to pieces. Apparently paradise isles are not responsible, you need to take up with owners. Locals know about filth, all the airport personnel know it’s bad reputation. I will post on Google and YouTube the filth. Wear thongs in shower and on carpet.

Extremely disappointed in this review. It seems that guests can write whatever they like and we cannot respond in the same way. As soon as the appliance was reported, this was replaced and you brought the Manager a cake to say thank-you. At no time were we aware you had other complaints. You did however ask to depart one day early and we were prepared to discount that night, but you stayed on for the entirety of your stay. As far as smells from other apartments, we cannot control owners and other tenants cooking smells.The AC Unit outside is rusty, the inside one is in perfect condition, and actually when we entered the apartment after you vacated the unit, it was freezing, as it had been on 18 deg. I am not sure what you are meaning, locals know about the filth. We have locals stay here themselves and put family members here so they can visit. Our reviews do not reflect what you are saying.

Friendly staff, good location. Multiple food options, liquor store and convenience stores for basic essentials just sound the corner. Nice area, a nice walk to surfers paradise.

The apartment we had was due for a reno, each of these apartments are privately owned so some are excellent & a few are very shabby, unfortunately we got one of the shabby ones. Will we stay here again ???????

Old, comfy, ok value
It was ok, old apartments so a few things broken like the light switch and fan remote had no batteries. It was cheap (for AU standards), a short 15 min walk to surfers. It's privately owned so you need to wash up and throw out your rubbish. Not a problem for us but notable. Reception is open for limited time on the weekend though so bag storage isn't available all day. Again, not a big deal for us personally but notable.

Not bad, not great.
Limited in toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar and only one little (250mls) milk on the fridge, if wanted more had to pay. No water or water jug. Dryer didn't work. Air conditioning leaked water all over the couch and yourself if sitting on the couch. Outside area needed attending to.

As your review is anonymous, we do not know which apartment you were in. We are sorry the sir con was dripping. This sometimes happens when it is not turned off and water sits in the pipe then drips. It needs blowing out. As these are self contained apartments, we only supply a starter pack which is tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll, laundry sachet, dishwasher sachet. Once these are gone, it is up to the guest to supply their own. We are not a Motel or Hotel. Please in future come to reception and report any thing not working in the apartment and always attend to the matter immediately.

The building was nice but the state of the shower was terrible. And the fact that if all rubbish wasn’t disposed of I would be charged a fee. I paid enough money for a very average room. Could have got a better room in surfers for that price

Sorry you were not happy with your shower. The apartments are self contained and rubbish is disposed of by the guest to the two large waste and recycle bins located in the basement.

Stayed in Room 3..right behind the office so you get a bit of noise from checkins and outs etc. not an exciting spot to be i.e. no pool view etc.. you do get a big outdoor area but rooms above look down at you so didnt use it much anyway. Tired looking old place but comfortable enough. Foxtel kept losing signal. Aircon was good. Kitchen etc good. Bed good. Little one bedroom with queen bed.. ultimately was only 85 dollars a night so a good price to be so close to surfers and able to do own cooking and washing. Didnt use pool and spa.. but they looked fine.. secure underground parking was fine also.

Good hotel in quite neighbourhood.
Good hotel in a very quite neighbourhood, even though it,s a 10 min walk from the main drag it,s far enough away from all the hussle and bustle. Very clean and secure premises. Friendly service.

Pool was relaxing - Good temperature. The fridge was really noisy, so I unplugged it at night to be able to sleep. The bed was unfortunately uncomfortable and I was told it was only 2 years old. When I stripped the bed for departure it was quite clear that it was definitely older than 2 years. Reception manager was very lovely and accommodating. A quiet place, which is close enough to Surfers to walk.
