Apartment was clean and close to restaurants and shops. I was disappointed that there was no aircon in the bedroom. Also we were given only 2 towels per couple. When asking for more towels at reception we were told it was a self contained unit and that we need to wash our towels. I didn’t come on holidays and pay the money for the apartment to do washing. Plus what were we going to use whilst we washed them. We had to pay extra for more towels. This is ridiculous for the money we paid. Also we didn’t have access to pool towels as reception closed at Midday Sunday. However the sign said 5pm.

I had an 8 night stay with my 12 year old son I really enjoyed staying at Neptune Resort and the staff we’re really friendly The only thing i would suggest is that the $200 deposit be given back a little sooner i am still waiting after 6 days to receive my money

No bathroom light for four days difficult to shave etc grouting dirty in bathroom sofas both had no springs unable to sit comfortably loud bang when flushed toilet loose panel reported nothing done Old tired decor thoughout

Hi SandraSorry you did not enjoy your stay. Might be because you had more people staying in the apartment that was booked for. One of the blankets had to be thrown out as had nail polish and other liquids on it that could not be removed. You lost the apartment key until you found it late that afternoon which was too late as we then had to get new keys cut for the next guests.

Great family get away
The GC is a great place, the hotel has everything you want in a central location but don’t expect a view. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked most nights. The tennis court was great with the kids. Close to public transport and the GC Highway, we didn’t notice the noise.

Cons: Very noisy traffic and construction. Apartment living area small. Very small balcony so not useful. Pros. Comfortable Beds, large fridge and TV’s great for family . Large double shower. Free parking, tennis court and spa great addition.

Absolutely loved staying here! Everything was perfect and I will definitely book here again for any Gold Coast trips we do in the future! We loved our stay at Neptune. Staff were really nice & friendly. We only had trouble with the cafe down stairs every time we’d go for breakfast the chef was never in. The area was perfect. Everything we needed was provided in our hotel. Washing machine, towels, extra blankets. Thank you Neptune. Keep up the good work!

It was not a resort more like an apartment. Very average but you get a nice 1 room apartment in a great location. Free WiFi available but no Netflix. I recommend it for the price and location.

Staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Location was great. Walking distance to all amenities. Nothing to complain about however the building being on the corner of the main Hwy can be slightly noisy but you get used to it.

Magnificent location, near beach, near restaurants and cafes. Opposite star casino and Pacific Fair shopping centre. Walking distance to beach and so much more. Walls a little thin, you can hear next door using water and heavy footsteps. Onsite cafe has the best coffee and bacon / egg roll. Staff friendly and super helpful. Would stay again!

happy in Broadbeach
very nice place to stay. excellent location. 5 minute walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre, or to the casino. 10 minute walk to the beach. light rail and bus stop across the road. our 1 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. the only negative was the carpet. it was wrinkled and needed ether stretching or replacing. secure building. on site parking if required. happy to recommend this complex as a very good place to stay around Broadbeach
