Perched on level 6 this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment offers a large open plan living space, a sun-drenched wrap-around courtyard which is perfect for the kids and features a hammock to relax in and read a book or admire the stunning skyline.

Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, situated 20m from Surfers Paradise Beach and enjoy the convenience of Centro shopping centre right at your doorstep.

Potential yet avoid at all costs

Loved the location, size of unit access to amenities. However, kitchen not suited for / set up for cooking : no big pots, no oven cooking trays, TV remote didn't work to smart TV whole time, but most disappointing was the lace curtains with mold spores. My daughter struggled to breath at night in the room with 2x small single beds (we ended up having to get an asthma Ventolin + antihistamines... ?not properly ventilated. She ended up with a sinus infected and needed antibiotics.. You can see the mould in all the lace curtains slightly black spots. Possible need mositure gathering devises put in. Very dissapointing and a danger to health. Further there was no ventilation in main bathroom shower and hard to rid steam. The shower put out water everywhere and we had to mop it after every shower..very dangerous-slippery tiles. I would hence never go back to this room nor recommended it for OH&S purposes. Very very dissapointed. Location unreal. Just needs more ventilation, moiture removal and curtains changed...

The property is in a great locations east access to shops, transport and activitie.

Great location, easy access to everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked for plates cutlery, glasses etc but lacks items for cooking (pots, pans, oven trays) so you’ll need to be creative or use the apartment communal facilities which are excellent. No cleaning products provided which makes it difficult to keep clean for longer stays.

Six people stayed here and they only provided one key. Every door handle was broken. One person ended up stuck in the bathroom for one hour or longer. When you try calling the real estate company that manage this place they never answer the phone and the communication is all by text message. Overall it was an average experience.
