The room we stayed in was on the ground floor needed a bit of tlc very tired and run down Cleaning needed to be addressed. Sadly won’t stay here again. Looks great from the outside and in a great location but a makeover in the room.

Lovely complex and clean, well equiped unit. Close to beach and walking distance from shopping area. Unfortunately is was advertised as 3 bedroom, however it was 2 bedroom with open office area directly off living area. No air-conditioning in bedrooms.

Big open space with large table for dinner and cards all the necessary appliances, clean, close to ocean and lots of shopping nearby. Gym could have been better with more equipment in gym, no cleaning supplies provided, under beds not cleaned, small elevator.

Good all rounder
Great location. Great apartment. The complex is literally a bit complex to navigate but it's good for families with pool and gym facilities, it's also quite for couples + by the beach, and the apartments can accommodate a lot of people for a group.

Lovely roomy apartment with a great outlook to the beach. Quieter than Surfers and Broadbeach is a lovely area. Cheerfully recommend these apartments.

It was excellent for a family weekend with our adult kids. So close to the beach and the light rail. Very spacious and clean, with lots of kitchen cutlery etc. We look forward to staying again.

Location is everything, apartment is on perfect location , we choose water view, and of course was ground floor , little bit noise from the street, apartment had a few problems light and fan not working , parking is very narrow, with a Kia carnival ( big car ) I couldn't park on my spot , however there is visitors parking, staff is friendly and helpful

Great location, huge room and close to everything. Only negative was the lack of extras- not enough shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags, blankets etc The negative is minor and we will be back.

Amazing location, the property itself was a bit dated, rust on things from the seaside location, a bit of love and the owners could make it amazing. Communication was a bit poor, we were told reception would be open until 2pm but it was closed much earlier, we felt we were inconveniencing the manager to get the fold out bed we arranged and paid for but wasn't there when we got there. Putting these minor things aside the location completely makes up for this. And the fridge/dishwasher/and other amenities were good. Ice and cold water great.

Property was ok very dated and in need of a makeover Advertising photos deceiving as taken from a superior apartment Apartment was actually very dirty when we arrived so a bit disappointed with this as well as not having sufficient cleaning product or materials to clean it ourselves Had tradies enter the apartment without us being notified which was really shocking Family of 6 booked for 7 nights Also a lot of small thing broken or missing and half the aircon worked half didn’t More bad management then anything else

We stayed in one of their garden apartment with 3 bedroom for a family of six. Cons: There was a used towel inside the wardrobe with stains-? Make up? a stain(dirt?) on one of the bed sheet. No room service even though we stayed for 7 days(i was initially told room service would be provided “midway” of our stay). They dont provide additional rubbish bags, toilet papers, soaps etc- even if you’re staying for a week and there’s 6 of you in the apartment- just the initial 1 soap per bathroom and 1 small standard shampoo and body gel bottles- luckily enough the lady at the reception still gave me some additional rubbish bags. Pro: Just a few steps away from the beach. Close to shopping malls. Quiet area. Spacious apartment.

Ocean view was beautiful. Spacious apartment for the 3 generations and safe. Moving luggage from free carpark to room very convenient. Walking distance to restaurants & Oasis shopping mall. Pool was enjoyed by adult children & grandchildren. Close to wedding venue we were attending. First time there and grateful everyone happy with the choice made.
