Jubilee view met all our needs. I booked a 3 bedroom apartment as there was 5 of us staying, we were pleasantly surprised to see how large the apartment was. The management was more than helpful with anything we needed. Will most definitely stay there again.

One of the best for position and comfort.
My stay at Jubilee views was excellent, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Close to beach and Restaurants, pacific fair, casino, exhibition centre ect. tram and buses across the road. Melissa and Vlad were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and I thank them for their kindness. The street was quite but only 5 minutes from everything.

Best place I’ve state on the Gold Coast
Amazing place - great friendly owners, perfect location only a 2 min walk to main st of Broadbeach. Quiet location, spacious apartment perfect for kids. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Walking distance to central Broadbeach
Clean and tidy apartments very close to Broadbeach shopping area, Casino, Surf Club, Beach and G-Link services. Very friendly hosts, nothing was a problem. Gold Coast airport transfers included. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at Broadbeach
We were welcomed by the very friendly staff at check-in, the room was clean and spacious and the location was great, very close to the conference centre and local restaurants. Overall a very nice place to stay at Broadbeach. Will book again.

Great spot in a great town
Very comfotable, spacious and clean. Great location on a quiet residential street, just a block to the commercial/ restaurant district and a short walk to the beach. Melanie and Vlad, the managers, are always accessible and very helpful. Great property, and Broadbeach is a great location.

good accommodation close to everything
Very comfortable, spacious apartment convenient to all shops and facilities in Broad beach. Very pleasant and helpful management and convenient parking underneath. Stayed for 9 nights and found it was well fitted out for couples or families with adequate equipment for that length of stay or longer. Will certainly be staying there again in the future.

Nice apartment close to festival and beaches

Amazing location, amazing value
We loved our stay. This place is not new and flash but the managers are lovely and for the price the apartments are huge in size, clean and have a great size patio area. We were wrapt with ours. Location is awesome, 5 mins (if that) to the main shops, bars and eateries and the plaza and so close to the beach. Yet the apartments are in such a quiet street you are totally away from any noise or madness. So close to the casino and pacific fair shopping centre - walking distance! Close to Surfers if you want to go for a drive. can't say enough good things...will definitely stay again here.

The only drawback was that the staff didn't allow us to spend even an extra minute on request.

I'm not too sure what is meant by our attitude & that we wouldn't allow you an extra minute in the apt. Generally if we don't have anyone else checking into the same unit we are flexible with later check outs, however, if we do have someone scheduled to check into the apartment you are staying in then yes, check out time is 10am (we do allow a 10-15 mins grace, we definitely do not hound you right on 10am to get out of the room). GREAT PLACE!
We have stayed in a few apartments on the Gold Coast and this would be the best so far. It was well equipped, comfortable and very clean! The managers are great people. It is within walking distance to the light rail, shops & restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Short walk to the Convention Centre
Traveling with some elderly folks, we needed a place close to the convention centre and the restaurants. This place was perfect. Our room had a terrific array of kitchen utensils and really nice furniture. The staff were helpful and forgiving.

Location fantastic appartments ok
We loved the location of the apartments but not very kid friendly! We asked for a porta cot which ended up costing us $44 (could of brought a new one) they didnt supply cot mattress (which ment my 1 year old had to sleep on a blanket ) I paid $44 for a cot with no matrress, this should have been communicated! My one year old slept with me the two nights! The stairs are a hazard they need a lift for at least luggage as we had an elderly lady and a 1 year old, it was very tricky.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your review! We agree, we are in the perfect location. I'd have to disagree that we are not kid friendly. Most of our guests that stay (& return) are families with young children. We do charge to hire cots as we have to hire them in too. Cot mattresses are not supplied to due safety reasons. There was a big story about SIDS & porta-cot mattresses & as we hire them out, we need to think about the safety of our little guests & the accountability should something happen. Our website also states that we are a 3 storey walk-up, therefore there are no lifts. You may request a low level, but it's not guaranteed (depends on availability).Regards, Melissa

Lovely
The staff were wonderful. Helped us carry our bags up to the third floor. Very helpful in all ways. Beds were very comfy but the weather was so hot that it would have been nice to have ac in the rooms. Probably not usually a problem as fans and the sea breezes would normally keep it cooler. Over 20C during the night. The pool kept the kids amused for hours. BBQ on the balcony.
