Comfortable two bedroom unit on the ground floor, there is a coffee shop and supermarket across the road for basic needs. There is also a shopping centre within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay with everything we needed in the unit.

Overall our stay was ok here. Our third child did have to spend 8 nights on the couch as there was no bed prepared for him. There were no spare rubbish bags, toilet paper and no hand soap in either of the bathrooms. Has to ask for extra. Easy to get when asked for though. Curtains in bedroom need replacing. Whole apartment could do with a revamp

다행히 한국분이 사장님이셔서 소통이 원활했고, 거실도 넓고 침대도 아이들과 자기에 충분했어요. 바다가 가까워서 좋았고, 트램정거장도 가까워서 어디 다니기도 편했어요. 세탁기, 건조기도 있어서 편했고 수영장도 있어서 이용하기 좋았어요. 머무는동안 편안하게 잘 지내다갑니다 감사했습니다~^^

Feeling at home

We were there for 10 days. We like how the apartment is so family friendly, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa so much. The table tennis and billiards area are great for adult. We used the BBQ area for the seafood, so convenient. The location is perfect. The place is quiet and near at Surfers Paradise, SeaWorld, etc. Cleanliness is great, we know that they’re keeping the rooms clean, for intance, when we were there, the rug had a steamed vacuum. There are equipments as well that you can use to keep the room clean yourself. The manager also is so friendly. She even gave us a box of pie and a wine for Christmas eve.

바닷가도 가깝고 시설도 좋아요

한국인 여사장님이 너무 잘 해주셨다. 아버지가 통풍으로 약을 구해야 했는데도 약국과 병명도 영어로 친절히 알려주셨다. 5명이 머물었는데 화장실이 3개나 있는 복층을 주셨고, 주차할때 출입문 리모콘을 주셔서 편히 드나들수 있어 좋았다. 또한 숙소에 수영장이 있어 아이들이 너무 좋아했고, 바닷가도 걸어서 5분도 채 안걸리는 아주 가까운 곳이라 좋았다.

Our family of 4 (2 x adults, 2 x children aged 10 & 8) recently stayed here. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from beach, 10 minutes walk from Broadbeach centre. Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Miryung, the Location Manager was extremely professional, friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend this property and would certainly stay here again.

Shocking check in experience - unprofessioal managers. We are mums with 4 kids and were told to leave the property at 12 midnight when we arrive after a 12 hours drive from Sydney. The booking was made for 4 adults and 2 children. Have requested the hotel to contact us however no one contacted us for additional children. As per the condition we can ask for an extra beds for the kids with an extra payment. However this wasn't even offered when check in time. We were told to leave by the manager and were told that we are disgusted people. We then asked for refund if we have to leave and this request was denied because of their policy. At the end we splitted the group and make another booking for myself - just for the sake so we won't lose our money. Really a horrible experience. Its a basic apartment with basic amenities. Will never ever stay in this property again.

Well equiped clean and spacious apartment. Good value for money. Not beachfront but easy 5 min walk to beach. A few close local shops and eateries, and a 20 min walk to supermarkets and many restaurants.

Lovely spacious apartments

Amazing service was provided. I had a mobility impaired traveller in my group and the staff were very accommodating about it, helping with room arrangements and providing a chair for the shower. The rooms themselves were huge, and overall very tidy and clean. The kitchen came with a full set of utensils and dishes, which was great as I normally eat in during trips. The front courtyard had a small pool and spa which were in great condition, and also a free BBQ. The area was decorated with fairy lights which gave it charming glow at night. I could feel that the owners put effort into making the place look a bit more special. The only downside was that the free WiFi did not reach the back of the apartments where the bedrooms were. Overall a great stay that I wouldn't mind returning to again.
