Guest make use the entire apartment and its facilities. Key access is secure and efficient with self check-in for your convenience, making your stay easy and flexible. Apartment is a walk up of two floors. There is an outdoor communal pool (not heated) with sun loungers and sun shade with outside shower, bathroom, cooking facilities and dining and rest area. There is secure underground car parking for 1 vehicle (2m clearance).



The Neighborhood:

For families, this apartment is in one of the Gold Coast’s most walkable and convenient family friendly locations. The main beach and ocean, beachside boardwalks, Kurrawa Park, Kurrawa Surf Club, cafés, restaurants, casinos and Pacific Fair (world class shopping mall) Broadbeach Mall (oasis shopping centre) and the tram stop are all close by.

Other Things to Note:

It is set up for both short and extended stays for family holidays, events, conferences and also has facilities such as a laundry area for longer stays for working professionals.



The apartment is most comfortable for 4 guests and can sleep up to 6 guests which would require a fifth or sixth guest utilising the sofa bed facility in the living room. The sofa bed will be prepared only upon request; please request in advance if required.
