This functional and comfy apartment is designed to be your home away from home in Southport and can host a maximum of 4 guests.
Living Area: A relaxed space with a TV (It is out of service and we are working on replacing it) and a Double-size sofa bed (available for extra guests with an additional fee). A dedicated air-conditioning unit is located here to keep the main living space cool. Bedroom: Features a restful Queen-size bed and a wardrobe for all your belongings. Kitchen: Fully equipped for home cooking with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge. Bathroom: Features a practical walk-in shower and clean vanity. Balcony: Step outside to an open-view balcony with outdoor furniture—a great spot for your morning coffee. Laundry: For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are provided inside the unit. Parking: Includes a dedicated onsite private parking space with 1.9m height limit, saving you the hassle of street parking.
⚡Important Notice: Key Collection Please note that key collection is located off-site, approximately 3.8km (an 8-minute drive) from the apartment. For your flexibility, the keys are available for pick-up 24 hours a day, allowing you to check in at your own convenience, even for late-night arrivals. Detailed instructions will be provided after booking.

Please keep noise to a minimum during this period to respect neighbours. ________________________________________ Smoking Policy No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including balcony. Additional Charge If smoking evidence or strong odours are detected, a deodorising and cleaning fee of AUD $200 will be charged. ________________________________________ Parties and Events No Parties Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Consequences Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund, plus an additional service fee of AUD $300 and any associated labour costs. ________________________________________ Pets Policy No Pets Pets are not permitted on the premises. Service Animals Service animals must be declared in advance. Unauthorized Pets If pets are brought without approval, additional cleaning and pest control fees will apply. ________________________________________ Keys and Lockout Lost Keys A replacement fee of AUD $300 applies for lost keys. Lockout Service A call-out fee of AUD $100 applies for assistance between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Late Night Assistance We do not provide assistance after 10:00 PM. A AUD $150 inspection and cleaning fee will apply if interference is detected.
