Parking was an issue - the complicated way and instructions for parking are crazy. It would be much easier if the parking access was on the key that was picked up from the key box. This is also marketed as part of the hotel but it is actually a private apartment sublet by Ray White. So there is no access to fresh towels or cleaning services. There were no clothes or bins in the apartment or beach towels. Only one roll of toilet paper was supplied. The lifts are very slow and at times it took up to 15 minutes to get a lift. Overall its a great location its just not a serviced apartment or part of the hotel services.
