What I'd expect for 3 star rating but I desperately needed somewhere safe for an unexpected overnighter on a Saturday near Coomera. Shabby but the bed was top quality and the kitchenette well-equipped and clean. Over-priced.

Had an issue with a person staying near our room playing loud music until 2.45am. No after hours number or manager available. A lot of visitors during late night and early morning.
