The Space: Apartment 1303 Ballah offers views of the beach and Surfers Paradise skyline. All of this can be soaked in on the spacious balcony, which overlooks the pure white beaches, glistening ocean and the heart of Surfers Paradise. The Ballah Tower has long been recognised as Surfers Paradise’s premier holiday destination, with shops, entertainment and dining literally at your doorstep.
This apartment offers the following: Smart TV with free foxtel in the lounge, which opens onto a sunny balcony with ocean, resort and city skyline views, including outdoor furniture. Separate dining with a 4 piece dining set. Master bedroom with a king size bed and large walk in robe which extends into a modern bathroom fitted with a walk in his and hers shower plus the dual sinks and full laundry facilities. Fully equipped contemporary kitchen for all your dining needs while on your Surfers Paradise holiday. Deducted Air conditioning throughout One undercover secure parking space which is complimentary for the duration of your stay. All linen and bath towels for the apartment are supplied. Rollaway bed with linen for the 3rd guest (fees apply) Unlimited Wi-Fi & Foxtel As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. The Neighborhood: Known as Australia’s ‘Theme Park Capital’ the Gold Coast is the perfect place to holiday with the kids. Be exhilarated on stomach-dropping rides at Dreamworld and enjoy the character parade at Movie World. Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.
Getting Around: The resort is ideally located only in the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis, ubers are also close by and readily available.
Other Things to Note: Before arriving at your accommodation you must collect the keys from our office on the day of check in.

You will need your guest fob to access the building after hours, lifts at all times and the car park for entry. You will be given 2 fobs when you check in/collect the keys from your office.
