BRAND NEW ROMANTIC RIVERFRONT STUDIO, GREAT VIEWS, BY STEVENS PASS

This is a newly renovated 700 sq ft studio. This is the upstairs unit called the Eagles Perch. Check out the lower unit # 385123, You can rent both if you have a large family. With two large windows looking out over the river. The studio faces the bend of the Skykomish River, so you can look up the river and down the river and has fantastic views of the mountains if they aren't fogged in. There is a large deck that faces the river with chairs, propane bbq and propane firetable.
Inside has a wrap around kitchen with beautiful cherry wood cabinets, cooktop, microwave, full sized refrigerator, indoor grill, crock pot, coffee pot, toaster, and all your cooking needs. A high dining table so you can view the river when dining. Plus a little bar area with two stools facing the river. There is a king size high bed by one of the windows. A Queen size leather sleeper sofa sleeps two. Then if you need more sleeping area's we have a Serta Sleeper queen Blow up Air Bed. High end. There is two sitting areas facing the marbled in propane fireplace and satellite tv, with dvd player and movies plus wifi. There is a desk, closet with bathrobes, and bathroom with shower, claw foot tub and washer/dryer. Almost fully carpeted with fine linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom and pine paneled ceiling, with remote control fan lights. Lots of games, books, and music as well. All linens and towels provided.
As you drive in, there is a long driveway with a large carport to park under. If there is a loss of power, there is a generator that runs just about everything except the oven and washer/dryer.
There are numerous hikes around this area to enjoy year round. Some favorites are Wallace Falls State Park, Lake Serene Trail, Bridal Veil Falls, Barclay Lake, Iron Goat Trailhead, Dorthy Lake, Tonga Ridge, and many more. Plus in our little neck of the woods there are 3 waterfalls that can only be seen if you stay in this gated community. Canyon Falls, Sunset Falls and Eagle Falls. Short hike from the lodge. In the winter, this place is just 25 min up to Stevens Pass, for your fun snowboarding, skiing etc. An hour and 15 min over the pass is the fun town of Leavenworth with shopping, site seeing and entertainment.
Woodinville has about 150 wine tasting places and shopping, this little town is about 45 min away. Seattle is about an hour and a half with not much traffic.
This is a beautiful spot to come and enjoy some relaxation time, put up your feet and read a good book on the deck. Go fishing down on the large granite rock that serves as the beach area. Swim in the summer too! This is a pet friendly place.
If you have a larger family, you can rent the downstairs as well which sleeps four more. It is # 385123 on VRBO.

The downstairs unit I've rented for 8 yrs and it has tons of reviews. I just opened up this upstairs unit called The Eagles Perch, due to its grand views way up high, like your in the tree's.
