"When we arrived we were allocated a small corner room that was quite claustrophobic. We asked for a bigger room and moved to the room next door. This was bigger but had a strange set up of the toilet being up a step and behind a shower curtain! When we came to wash we found that the shower was just a dribble of discoloured water. They promised to get a plumber to look at the problem the next day. Next day no one had been to fix the problem. We ended up moving back in to the small room so...
