Na chegada à recepção foi péssima ficamos por dois dias no segundo dia as recepcionista estavam com uma falta de vontade de ajudar. Foram limpar meu quarto, limparam bem mau. Fora que não limparam o banheiro pedi por duas vezes e não foi feita a limpeza do mesmo. Foi péssima a estadia.

Lençol mais curto que o colchão.

Precisa de reforma. Quando entrei no apartamento não havia toalhas de rosto, nem tapete de banheiro. Ao dormir descobri que o lençol que cobre o colção é bem mais curto. O serviço de manobrista é muito lento. Pedem para avisar com antecedência de 15 minutos para retirar o carro. Avisa e nada adianta. Não sabem do se trata quando vai sair. Aí espera mais 20 minutos.
