Recepção decepcionante

Desta vez não fomos bem atendidos pela recepção. Nos arrumaram um quarto sem armário e sem uma mesinha de cabeceira. Pedi pra que nos arrumassem uma cama com um colchão melhor, mais firme pois tenho problemas de coluna e alguns colchões deles já são muito velhos. Uma das recepcionistas me disse que não tinha, mas ela saiu um pouco e a outra que entrou nos encontrou um quarto melhor com os itens exigidos. E na saída quase nos escorraçaram de lá não podendo esperar nem por 30 minutinhos após o meio dia. Não gostamos!

Olha cheguei terça feira, fiquei até domingo, máquina da recepção café não funcionou, internet não funcionou apenas 1 dia, e segundo a gerente eu não poderia reclamar pois é uma cortesia, acredite se quiser, café da manhã com pratos e copos sujos, lençóis com manchas. Lamentável realmente talvez uma opção bem econômica, e mesmo assim não vale nota 3

Os quartos são pequenos, não dá pra colocar um notebook. O banheiro é bom e tem ducha higiênica, tem hotéis que nem ducha tem. Limpeza é boa. Cama também confortável. Estacionamento é rotativo. Café da manhã é bom. No geral, pelo custo e beneficio; recomendo.

Não espere muita coisa…

Já na entrada tem a decepção, pois a moça disse que como eu havia reservado um quarto de casal não tem como acrescentar um colchão pra minha criança de 5 anos, pois ela não estava sendo cobrada, porém com mais 80$ isso seria possível. A educação (zero) também pesou muito. Já havia me hospedado na rede Oft, sempre muito bem atendido, menos aqui! Além disso, os sofás da recepção estão bem gastos! O café da manhã foi razoável! Agora garagem… só possui 11 vagas e tem uns 50 apts.

Sou cliente do Neves há vários anos e tá ficando cada vez pior. O humor dos funcionários é uma coisa à parte. parece que estão sempre nos fazendo um favor. Tem uma só que se salva. o resto manda reciclar. E no quarto, a porta do banheiro é de pvc, tipo "estica / encolhe. Jesus! Uma falta de noção! Privacidade zero! O café da manhã vem piorando cada vez mais.

A localização é ótima. O hotel é simples, mas tem um bom custo-benefício. A garagem, diferente da maioria dos hotéis de Goiânia, tem acesso dentro do hotel e o café da manhã, é bem simples, mas é gostoso. O único ponto que eu gostaria que fosse melhor, é que no ambiente do quarto, não tem uma mesa ou cadeira, eu tive que fazer algumas refeições lá e foi complicado.
