Charming Lakeside 2-bedroom log cabin on Caribou Lake, De Tour Village Michigan

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside cabin. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, with gorgeous views of the lake and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home! The cabin was spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay.It was the perfect place to unwind enjoy the scenery and spend quality time together. The host has truly created a beautiful and welcoming retreat and we appreciated all the care and attention that went into making such a special place.We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and would happily stay here again!"

"Our stay was everything we hoped for! The driveway was large and accommodating of our trailers with a full loop around. The outdoor patio was perfect for grilling and hanging with friends. We really loved the large shoreline for sunrises and sunsets. The kids fished and ran around in the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was very well stocked with any cooking items you could need and there was a lot of counter space for meal prep. Thankful for a kind host, clean space, and room for all 11 of us to he together!"

"Ill first start off with the amazing, the good and then the not-so-good-but-not-terrible opinion and personal experience.This place is clean as heck. No bed bugs, no cockroaches, clean bedding, clean everything. The house has everything you need to live here. From seasonings, to baking supplies, Tupperware, whatever you can think of- its probably here. Its a beautiful house on an even more beautiful lake. Its spacious and cozy. The backyard is absolutely perfect also. Place is easy to find and close enough to a nearby town, but far enough away.Bugs from outside got inside, easily. Little flying i-dont-know-whats. Easy fix, we just bought some spray- nothing that's not expected living near a lake. If you dont like bugs, dont come here. We were here in July and I've never seen more mayflies, spiders, mosquitos and all sorts of flying crawling things I've never seen before. But, like I said... if its not for you- dont stay near a lake lol. We didnt hate it, it is just something to note if youre scared... they exist here haha. If you dont like using open condiments that others have used/brought then buy/bring your own. Theres a large bright noisy factory across the lake that disrupts the beauty of the great outdoors at night for stargazing and fishing, but it doesnt disrupt my sleep in the slightest. Its across the lake, so I cant hear it in my bed but outside you definitely can- as theres also a train at the factory. Next is, the dressers had other people's clothes in them.."

"What a peaceful escape!! We loved this lil cabin, the beautiful property and quiet lake. Great location and easy to find, less than 15 mins to the Sault. The home was so cozy and clean, with such gorgeous views of the lake. Living area is very comfortable, ceiling fans and AC when it's too hot in the day and a gas fireplace to warm up a chilly evening. The master bedroom with king bed was so comfortable, the loft was a fun lil escape too. We loved the large bathroom and huge shower. Enjoying coffee in the morning on the porch and on the dock was such a treat. It was such a nice lil place to unplug with a book, a puzzle and a radio. We would absolutely return in our UP travels!"

"The house and surrounding acreage is lovely. Very quiet and relaxing. We had to cut our stay short due to smoke and heat (house had ceiling fans and box fans) but unusually high temps made the house uncomfortable without AC. We let the host know and they have since added a portable AC unit & air purifier. These additions will make this an even more ideal spot to get away and unplug."
