At minimum better beds than two separate ones for parents + sofa bed for the kids. The parent’s bed had some weird hospital like rubber cover under the linen, making a very uncomfortable sleep. "everything was horrible. especially our last day. Only nice thing was the pool and breakfast. Everything else was god awful. We have advised the hotel to reimburse our last night due to the maltreatment from their staff."
