Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Innen alles sauber und modern. Die Ausstattung der Küche war top und ausreichend. Auch der Whirlpool ist schön. Die Lage zum See war perfekt.Abzug lediglich der Balkon - mit Wespennest unter den Dachziegeln war nicht zu benutzen. Der Aussenbereich könnte dringend ein makeover gebrauchen. Der Rasen bestand grösstenteils nur aus Sand und Maulwurfshügeln.Die Kommunikation funktionierte nur telefonisch, auf Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne und entspannte Urlaubswoche in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist toll – ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand (ca. 500 m). Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und besonders das moderne Bad hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch Wohn- und Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz, sodass man sich als Familie richtig wohlfühlen kann.Der Whirlpool und die Sauna waren absolute Highlights – perfekt zum Abschalten. Auch die vorhandenen Spiele haben für schöne gemeinsame Abende gesorgt.Ein paar Dinge könnten verbessert werden: Die Anleitung für den Fernseher war leider sehr unklar, der Rasen hätte etwas gepflegter sein können, und es fehlten bequeme Auflagen für die Liegen und Terrassenstühle. Der Ordner mit Ausflugstipps war leider ziemlich veraltet (von 2018) und sah nicht mehr sehr einladend aus. Der beigefügte „Strafenkatalog„ wirkte auf uns etwas streng und unpersönlich.Trotzdem haben wir uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus weiterempfehlen – besonders für Familien, die Ruhe und Erholung in Strandnähe suchen.

Schönes Haus in sehr schöner Lage

Das Haus hält , was es verspricht. Die Lage zum See ist perfekt. Die Gastronomie ist fußläufig zu erreichen und zu empfehlen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn der Rasen gemäht, die Maulwurfshügel und draußen die Spinnweben mit den Spinnen entfernt worden wären.

Neues, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Ideal für Radtouren. Das Einkaufsangebot in unmittelbarer Nähe ist verbesserungsbedürftig, vermutlich jedoch dem Umstand geschuldet, dass ausschließlich Ferienhäuer vorhanden sind.

Schönes Haus mit Defiziten

Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage mit vielen Freizeitangeboten in der Umgebung. Nur leider verliert das Haus durch verdreckte Fenster und unzureichendem bis gar keinem Internet an Attraktivität. In unserem Fall kam ein defektes Duschthermostat dazu, welches erst nach mehrmalige Aufforderung und Androhung einer Beschwerde ausgewechselt wurde. Es kann nicht sein, dass im Inserat an 2ter Stelle mit WLAN geworben wird, wenn es anscheinend in dem Gebiet keine ausreichende Abdeckung gibt. Leider ist auch die Infobroschüre im Haus nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Stand.

Familienurlaub

Das Haus liegt in einem Ferienhausgebiet. Die Nachbarhäuser stehen wenige Meter entfernt. Der Fußweg zum Strand, zu zwei Restaurants, einem Strandkiosk und einem Bootsverleih dauert nur wenige Minuten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war wie beschrieben und überwiegend neuwertig. Es gab ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser. Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Wir fanden das Haus in ordentlichem und sauberen Zustand vor. Einzig die Sauberkeit im Aussenbereich (Balkon & Terrasse) und der vergilbte Rasen im Garten trübten den guten Gesamteindruck.

Top Ferienhaus - Top Lage!

Als 4-köpfige Familie war uns vor allem die Nähge zum Badestrand und dem Spielplatz wichtig - und dies ist hier Super gegeben! Gastronomie vor Ort, Mittags ein Imbisswagen mit Snacks, Eis und Kaltgetränken. Das haus hat eine sher gute Ausstattung, entsprach in Bildern der Anzeige und bot alles für einen Top-Erholungsurlaub. in der Umgebung von Untergöhren kann viel mit den Kindern unternommen werden, sehr zu empfehlen ist das Müritzeum in Waren. Alles in allem absolute Weiterempfehlung - 5 Sterne!

Leider funktionierte das Internet nicht der Router war kaputt. Fenster waren extrem schmutzig. Habe erstmal Terrassenfenster geputzt um rausschauen zu können. Bei der Abreise sollten um 10 Uhr raus war die Putzfrau schon 15 Minuten vorher da und wollte schon ins Haus. Umgebung ist top und das Wetter war super.

Ausspannen am See

Ein sehr schönes Haus für drei Paare, auch problemlos mit Hunden. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sauna, Whirlpool und Kamin haben wir gerne genutzt, ebenso Herd und Backofen. Leider funktionierte der elektrische Rolladen zum Balkon nicht, aber zu dem Zeitpunkt unserer Nutzung war das zu verkraften. Das Internet ist etwas sehr schwach im Haus, das könnte verbessert werden. Zwar ist sogar Sky eingerichtet und theoretisch ließe sich alles streamen, tatsächlich funktioniert das aber nicht. Wir wollten Silvester Dinner for one in der ard Mediathek streamen, das war leider nicht möglich. Ansonsten war alles perfekt und wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Hinweis an den Vermieter: Der Kunststoffpfannenwender ist porös und müsste erneuert werden und die Regendusche im Obergeschoss müsste entkalkt werden. P.S. Der Hinweis an den Vermieter soll keinen falschen Eindruck erwecken. Es gab in der Küche ausreichend andere Pfannenwender und der eigentliche Duschkopf im Obergeschoss war tadellos. Wir werden uns noch lange sehr gerne an unseren Aufenthalt erinnern.

Tolles Ferienhaus, schöne Umgebung

Großes, geräumiges und modernes Ferienhaus. Es hat für uns, 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby, nichts gefehlt. Einen Tag vorher habe ich angefragt, ob ein Babybett vorhanden ist, da wurde uns sofort eins zugesichert und war auch bei Anreise da. Leider mussten wir nach 3 Tagen aus persönlichen Gründen abreisen, aber dieses Objekt können wir zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Wer einen entspannten und luxuriösen Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier richtig!

Wie jedes Jahr im Februar waren wir zu 3. für einen entspannten Urlaub in Göhren-Lebbin. Zum ersten Mal gingen wir in die Villa Sonnensee, wo wir insgesamt 5 Tage verbracht haben. Ein eigener Parkplatz, eine ruhige und schöne Lage und vor allem ein top eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Haus haben wir genießen dürfen. Absolutes Highlight sind die Sauna und der große Außenwhirpool. Der See ist nur einige Meter vom Objekt entfernt und bietet sich auch im Winter super zum Spazieren gehen an. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen Tage in Göhren-Lebbin - Bis zum nächsten Jahr :-)

Aufenthalt

Alles super, aber es war zu wenig Toilettenpapier vorhanden. 2 Rollen für 2 Personen und 4 Tage, sind einfach zu wenig. Des Weiteren sollte es auch Ersatz-Müllbeutel geben. Sonst war alles schön, außer recht viele Spinnweben an der Decke. Es könnten auch noch Bademäntel angeboten werden.
