"Good location, clean room. Front desk clerk not a good representative of the brand. Before 8 am, breakfast offerings had run out over an hour before breakfast hours. When asked when food would be replenished, desk clerk ( who was eating herself) never looked up from her reading material and simply said, “we ran out”. No sorry, no apology, no gives a damn. She got hers, so who cares. Sounds harsh, but that was the way it came across. Not a way to make anyone want to come back or form brand loyalty."

"1)did not tell us about the fact that we had a food credit. 2)did not tell us about the fact that there would not be any maid services unless requested which is not a big deal, but having coffee pods replenished was a big deal. 3) heating system did not work well on one of the days. room got to 80 degrees. "Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking in, we immediately felt comfortable. The room was perfect for our needs and seemed very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We took advantage of the free breakfast which we enjoyed and loved they had a sort of "mini market" open 24/7 for a quick drink/snack. We would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again."
