The property was ok there is a lot that could be done. The staff was excellent.

The two female receptionists who handled my check-in were indifferent & insensitive to my need. I understood that the check-in time was at 2 pm but many hotels made exceptions for clients like me who arrived very early. I waited from 6 am until when another male personnel came in, his name was Thịnh. At around 12:40 pm, I appealed to him about my ordeal ( my flight departed from Tokyo at 1:30 am, I had been waiting since 6 am in the lobby for my room, & I was getting tired). It took him just a quick phone call to find me an available room to check in right away, while the other female receptionists just went about doing their things telling me there was no room available. It seemed if it was up to them, they would let me wait until exactly 2 pm. The fact that Thinh could find me a room right away showed me that those two made no efforts to help me! Another issue was while I was waiting, I asked one of those two female receptionists if I could have breakfast since my stay included breakfast for which I already paid in full. She responded negatively, saying I wasn’t eligible for breakfast until the following day. That sounded illogical to me since my stay included 3 nights starting June 24th leaving on the 27th, my full covered days should include my first incoming day which was the 24th. Please explain to me if I was wrong? Other staff were nice.

Great staff.

Accommodation didn't exist. We was left stranded with 3 children in 40 degree heat during the midday sun. Disgusting.
