"Das Appartement war sehr groß mit viel Stauraum. Die bodentiefen Fenster mit Blick über den großen Balkon zum Wald sehr schön. Der Schlafraum klein, aber angemessen. Wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen, ohne dass das Zimmer nebenan auskühlte. Was uns störte, war der muffige Geruch, wenn wir ins Zimmer kamen. offenbar muss der Teppich dringend shampooniert werden. Wir haben immer erst einmal gelüftet. Die Sauna selbst ist schön, zum Ruheraum hin aber nicht isoliert, so dass der viel zu warm...

"We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."
