This newly built farmstay stylish cottage is perfect for 2-4 guests. Nestled on the edge of our farm, this 2 bedroom cottage, surrounded by large trees, paddock views, and most importantly, space.
Full kitchen, laundry, dining space, fireplace seating area, loungeroom, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, mudroom, a king master bedroom, and a queen 2nd bedroom. Front porch with seating and a cottage garden. Side decking with a Webber BBQ and outdoor furniture. Quality in the country surrounded by huge trees and native animals. Conveniently located in a rural setting within driving distance to many tourist attractions

Excellent accommodation
The cottage was spacious, well decorated, clean and provided all the amenities you will need.
The area was quiet and an easy drive to Geelong. We found some other little rural towns to visit - such a lovely area.
We certainly recommend to stay at Peppercorn Cottage.

This house was so comfortable and clean....it was an extremely hot day and we were pleasantly surprised by the aircon already on when we arrived. The only negative comment we have is that there was a stale smell in the house.....possibly caused by the aircon.

Beautiful country cottage
Claire was a lovely host who left us fresh milk, red wine and chocolate! We enjoyed her newly renovated two bedroom cottage whilst attending a wedding nearby. Thank you Claire… we certainly know why your cottage is so popular stay! Wonderful! And yes we met the resident kangaroo!

Serene stay
Cottage is brand new and decorated elegantly. Clare (Host) was very prompt in providing checkin details and responded to all my queries immediately. This is one of the best stays for us in recent times. Location is not far from Geelong, easy to access from M1. Enjoyed the peace and quite.

We absolutely loved staying at Peppercorn and wished we could have stayed longer! Our plans had us out for the majority of the second day and we felt we had not given ourselves enough time to explore. The beautiful house and surrounds truly were so peaceful - apart from the birds chatting! Would absolutely recommend to family and friends and will rearrange future trips to get back there again!
