"Lovely place, excellent customer service, very helpful. Good facilities for children, heated pool, small football pitch and playground for kids, bicycle free to rent etc. Really close to Energylandia is a bonus. My family of 5 had a great time there. Highly recommend!"

"I do not recommend it to anyone. I made a reservation and paid in advance. When I arrived at the location, there was no one to welcome me or my family. There were 5 of us. We tried everything and no one responded. I asked for a refund and the hotel did not grant it. It is easy to take money from people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE."
