Holiday villa with sauna, on the shore of the lake

Our house is situated on the shores of Lake Kałębie on a large 3-hectare plot. Surrounding the house is our own forest and a large garden with a fireplace and volleyball court. In the garden by the shore, there's a hot tub and a Finnish barrel sauna. The house is open year-round, with underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators in the bedrooms. Thanks to the insulation, we can maintain a comfortable temperature in all rooms regardless of the outside temperature. Additionally, the living room has a fireplace, which creates a unique atmosphere in the fall and winter. You can comfortably spend time in front of the fireplace or enjoy a meal with family and friends at the large table. Morning coffee is accompanied by the sounds of wild ducks swimming with their family, diving grebes, and majestic cranes soaring over the Kociewian Sea. The evening usually concludes with a concert of a tawny owl. After dark, you have a whole wardrobe of board games or cards at your disposal. The large table is a great place for a round of canasta or bridge. The internet isn't fiber-optic, but it does, so you can plan a movie night. On hot evenings, we'll organize a screening of your choice in the garden, sometimes accompanied by a soothing breeze. Thinking about organizing a family feast with twelve courses on the table? You can fit them all here, and your family and guests won't be crammed together at the table. And after a hearty dinner, relax in the area with the sofa and armchairs. A family party after First Communion or an engagement party? You'll find plenty of opportunities to spend blissful family time here in complete silence and with a soothing view outside.
