Holiday Home with Sauna, BBQ & Squash Court

Welcome to our comfortable, family-friendly holiday home on a fully fenced 2,000 m² property. The main house is based on a more than 100-year-old wooden structure, renovated with natural materials. It is bright, cozy and available all year round.

The main house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an additional toilet on the ground floor next to the dining area, and a shower in the basement next to the sauna. The spacious living room with a fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 m²) offer plenty of room for time together. The Finnish sauna is available for a small fee.

On the grounds there is a second building with a squash court and additional garden rooms. All these rooms have a separate entrance from the garden, their own bathroom and access to a second, fully equipped kitchen.

Rooms by group size:
– up to 12 guests: main house
– 13–14 guests: + 1 garden room
– 15–16 guests: + 2 garden rooms
– 17–20 guests: + 2 garden rooms + 1 room by the squash court

The property also features a large garden with a barbecue area, benches and a children’s playground, table tennis and badminton, and a covered parking space. The location is quiet and safe.

On request, we organise catering for your celebration – a menu with various dishes (including vegetarian/vegan) throughout the night, for an extra charge and by arrangement.

The holiday home lies in a quiet, picturesque village in the Lebus region of western Poland, surrounded by lakes, forests and nature. Berlin is only about 2 hours (164 km) away. There is a very clean bathing lake in the village, and the “Kalinowe Pole” golf club is 12 km away – perfect for families and groups of friends who want to be together in nature.
