The anemone gave the name to this lovingly furnished holiday home, as it is the plant that enchants the beech forests of Rügen with blooming carpets in spring. After an excursion to this or other of the countless beautiful areas of Rügen, you will feel comfortable in the light-flooded and tastefully furnished rooms of our holiday home with a total area of 94 sqm. It is located in the state-approved resort of Glowe on the island of Rügen in the newly built "Ostseepark Glowe" and offers space for up to 6 adults.
The majority of the ground floor is used as a combined living and dining area, with four patio doors giving a direct view to the south and west of the flowering plants in the garden. You can also reach the two semicircular terraces here. In the spacious living room, the cozy seating area invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy the open fire and watch TV on the modern TV and stereo system, listen to good music, watch films on the DVD player or surf the Internet via WLAN. The large family table made of solid wood is ideal for dining and playing. Younger guests can take a seat in the high chair. The electric piano, on which you can unfold, also provides entertainment. The pictures on the walls and various books on the island of Rügen inspire you to discover the surrounding area.
The open kitchen immediately adjoins and is of high quality. These include the stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartment, coffee machine, blender, toaster and kettle and many other utensils. A window in front of the sink lets the morning sun in.
In the entrance area to the holiday home there is a large cloakroom, a mirror and sufficient storage space as well as a built-in closet for household items. You can also reach the toilet here.
The attic has three bedrooms and two double beds and two single beds. A children's travel bed is available. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide lots of light and comfort. There are blinds for darkening. Insect screens protect against pests. The rooms are equipped with extensive closet space. The larger bedroom offers a generous feeling of living thanks to the open beam position. Here you can retreat and make yourself comfortable on the sofa. In the attic there is also a high-quality bathroom with a round shower, bathtub, toilet and a large mirror with LED lighting.
You can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air in peace on the 546 sqm plot. The largest part is located on the south side between the large terrace and a varied planting. This large lawn invites you to sunbathe and play. The garden equipment includes a garden table, six garden chairs, a garden bench, two garden loungers, a parasol and a high-quality charcoal grill as well as a beach chair. The quiet places in the beach chair will be popular.
Two parking spaces and a bike rack are located directly on the property. A large lockable garden log house offers enough space for storing bicycles, strollers or garden furniture. A handcart invites your children to go to the beach. The children's playground belonging to the holiday complex is only approx. 100 meters away.
The house is very close to the beach and the harbor in a wind-protected area. You can reach the extensive sandy and bathing beach of the Schaabe in a few minutes. There you can expect more play options, a surfing and sailing school, the new waterfront and the beautiful little harbor. For children there are great playgrounds for climbing and romping around in close proximity to the beach. Shops are also within walking distance.
But the more quiet hiking trails along the Great Jasmund Bodden can also be easily reached on foot or by bike. A hike to Spycker Lake is particularly worthwhile to be able to observe a large number of birds. The impressive swarms of cranes rest in its vicinity in spring and autumn. The extensive hiking trails in the Stubnitz with the famous chalk cliffs offer diverse experiences for nature lovers.
The Anemone holiday home is an absolutely non-smoking house and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. Thanks to controlled ventilation, you always have the best indoor climate.
