Beautiful stay

The house is simply gorgeous, the kitchen is even nicer in person! The spacious living areas accommodated our group wonderfully. The location is great, on a nice quiet street and still so close to the water!

Great winter getaway

2 families just looking to get away from home for a few days- this house was great- enough space, well appointed, comfy beds. Great location to downtown and beach. Host Erin was super responsive and everything was great. We want to come back for the warm weather!

Check in was great the owner let us know the cleaning crew was done early so we could check in early. The kitchen was great lots of space and had everything we needed to make a meal for a crowd. The main level could use a fan if it’s a hot week.

Wonderful Weekend!

Great Spot For Boaters or Beach Bums

We rented a slip at Pier 7 Marine great spot just 2 doors down and took the boat to all the surrounding beaches. Also you could walk to Good Harbor Beach.

Fantastic home base for exploring the area

The home is beautiful and has everything you need. The location makes it easy to explore many nearby neighborhoods and is a quick 10 minute walk from downtown Gloucester. The host was very responsive when we contacted her about anything. Great place!

Beautifully restored historic house within short walk to the water in East Gloucester. Lots of room and great layout perfect for a friends’ reunion. Easy access to beautiful beaches, Rockport, and fabulous Stage Fort Park.

Girls Getaway

This was the perfect escape for 4 friends who just needed time away together. While there are 4 floors in this incredible home, we were quite content to enjoy the main 2 floors and the beautiful porch. Erin’s suggestions for day trips were spot on as well.

Beautiful Home

The home was more than we hoped for. The best home we've ever rented before. We flew into Boston on a red eye and Erin made it possible for us to check in early. Erin was great to work with. Gloucester was the perfect place for us.

A long weekend retreat

We came to the house looking to hangout and reconnect as old friends and it was awesome. The property was clean and spacious, and we really used it to its full potential and had a great time. We hope to make this a yearly tradition and can’t wait to book again in the future. It was easy to check-in and there was lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Walking to the beach was easy and fun (although quite cold in January!). We loved our time in Gloucester.

April Vacation Adventure

Available just when we needed it after a last minute cancellation threatened to upend the trip our scouts had spent months preparing for. Our group of 8 fit comfortably and would have been fine even if all 10 of us had been able to be here. We loved cooking together in the big kitchen and the table accommodated us all! After Christmas getaway

My family was visiting Gloucester for an after Christmas getaway. The house was wonderful, very comfortable and big enough for the eight of us. The kitchen had everything you would need. We were only in Gloucester for a short stay, and wish we had more time to explore the area. Erin was very responsive to any request or concerns we had. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely Perfect!

We have rented many times thru VRBO and this is by far the best place we haved stayed. The home is beautiful! The area is so quaint with beautiful scenery and great places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the future. Erin was the perfect host. If we needed anything at all, she was just a text away and always responded immediately. Our entire family enjoyed our stay here, with ages ranging from 10 years to 74 years. I highly recommend you stay here if you are looking in this area.

Beautiful area

Beautiful location. Lots of space. It was unfortunate that the high end oven broke before we arrived, as we had planned a large family meal, but the host communicated and even offered a full refund/ early arrival (we couldn’t get there early though) because they couldn’t get it fixed and the replacement wouldn't be there on time. For some reason there were a lot of spiders downstairs, but otherwise it was wonderful. Thank you.
