The hotel, clean, modern and has a generally friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the room attractive. BUT, there was1 usb plug in the room, there were no cups in the bathroom a total of 4 paper cups, I would stay there again, but the small amenities are important, especially the usb outlets.

I made an error and accidentally booked a smoking room, Tina at the front desk was able to help get me into a non-smoking room, and bring up an extra fold-up bed. Top-notch service!

We enjoyed our stay and thought most staff were friendly and courteous, although when we arrived for check in, we waited about 20 mins before someone came to the front desk. When she finally arrived, I stayed we had been waiting and couldn’t find a staff member, and she was unapologetic and mumbling.

The hotel is very clean. Not as up-to-date as other newer hotels. But still very good quality. When we checked in about 9 PM, the staff was not very friendly at all. There were two or three staff members at the desk, one in a uniform and others in plain clothes. They were chitchatting in the back and did not pay us mine. Once the one in uniform finally came to the desk, they were very abrupt, barely greeted us, mumbled to the point we couldn’t understand them and did not make it a pleasant check-in.

Great stay and staff!
The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The kitchen staff was exceptional.

No mini fridge!!!! The TV remote was slow and the TV SCREEN was tiny!! Also, the decor needs a fresh update😃 From the outside, the hotel looks very pretty and modern. However, the rooms are a little ugly and old. The bedding is also scratchy and uncomfortable.

Affordable place to stay near Colonial Williamsburg. Several dining options close by. Hotel is basic but clean and offers a free breakfast. There was no refrigerator in the room so you have to bring your own cooler to keep snacks/drinks cold.

We loved our stay! Our room was beautiful and comfy. Loved the shower, so big! Breakfast was amazing, so many choices. Loved the healthy choices available. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Clean, bfast was limited but fine. The room didn’t have a fridge, microwave, safe or full size ironing board. All of these things are usually standard. They did bring a mini fridge at request after checking in.

The property definitely needs a face lift. Was shocked to find that we had to request housekeeping to deliver fresh towels and empty the trash cans. We also had issues with the toilet constantly running and it was difficult to set the water temperature for the shower.

This was a stop over for us as we were driving south more. Liked the area gt to walk around historical Williamsburg. Our check in was great and so was check out. Staff are very friendly. Room nice and clean. Would go there again
