About this property

Unit 1 - Copper - Pinal Creek East - private yard - wifi - central location

  • This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 1 with street parking right in front of a private courtyard with a BBQ. The Unit itself has an open concept with a large Livingroom and Kitchen. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a second smaller bedroom with a futon. The bathroom is also spacious with a shower in it. These units are updated but managed to keep its 1900 charm. This is technically 2 bedrooms however the second room is small and only has a futon. There is also a rollaway cot that will fit in the second room or the livingroom.
