Ok stay in a sleepy suburb of Hamburg. Works good for the night. Spacious rooms. Quite area. Value for the money.

Very nice reception at the desk, appreciate being able to communicate in English. Hotel is obviously a little old, but kept in decent shape. Rooms (had a double bed, on third floor) are simple but quite ok. Breakfast room is a time journey to the 90’s, but the breakfast itself is basic but quite nice. Coffee machine was off, but the thermos coffee served was good. Also appreciate the bake-off bread. Beds a little too firm for my liking, but ok for a night or two.

Did not stay! Couldn’t park, waited outside in my car trying to communicate with the hotel staff, sent them messages but no answer! I’m disabled and eventually hobbled into reception where the receptionist was hiding behind a monitor. She was of no help so I left and drove on, very tired but found a nice hotel in Bremen with Trivago!

Free parking, hardly get to without driving or taxi. The attached Croatia restaurant is serving good food. Staffs are nice. Just the facilitates are a bit dated. I still recommend it for a budget stay over.

Dirty and full of bugs

The hotel was outdated, old, smelled like smoke. Staff was friendly but overall lacks basic and required safety precautions as well as unhygienic. The door up to the first floor from the stairway was broken and ment people were either stuck on the inside or outside of the first floor after 2300 because the elevator stopped working as well. We told the staff, they knew about the issue but didn’t actually do anything about it. There bathroom was not very clean and had several silverfish bugs running around everywhere. We would not recommend using this hotel, this wouldn’t even be a good stay if it was in the year 1943.

Pour une seule nuit de passage, hôtel convenable, mais service moyen. Restaurant fermé, petit déjeuné annoncé dès 6h en semaine, mais pas prêt avant 7h car la personne avait oublié de se réveiller. Chambre vieillotte, mais propre.

Personal und Parkplatz waren verfügbar und freundlich! Frühstück toll. Sonst alles defekt, kaputt, lose, alt, Bett auf Rollen und 1ne defekt, im Bad sind Löcher in den Wänden und Haare von Vorgängern! Wenn Licht aus dann Strom weg! Bettwäsche sauber, wohl aber selbstverständlich. Zu teuer für den Komfort! 3 Sterne wohl vom Vorgänger! Konnten noch 1 Stunde länger bleiben!

Vi behövde ett ställe att övernatta på längs vår resa hem från alperna. Hotellet är nergånget och ligger i anslutning till vad som känns som en övergiven konferensanläggning. Rummet var mycket slitet och man ska vara beredd på att man får precis vad man betalar för och inte en Euro mer. Man hade glömt att ta bort et ballong från en tidigare gäst och hela familjen ville bara lämna hotellet på morgonen.
