"Staff was wonderful, room was beautiful!"

"View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay."

"Beautiful hotel, with great indoor pool and spa.. clean and big rooms. Amazing location."

"Our stay was perfect! We spent a week at the hotel and, if it had been up to us, we would definitely have stayed longer. The hotel is brand new, modern, and beautifully designed. For us, it is the most beautiful hotel in Kaprun. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made time for a nice chat. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Amazing place and very helpful host. My kid had wonderful time"

"Alles was top!"

"Came for the IM 70.3 race, absolutely superb stay here. Very luxurious, incredible views whrr we ever you looked. Even the sauna and infinity pools had a view. Highly recommended"

"Beautiful in all ways except the shower. It’s the size of a small RV yshower and almost impossible tomorrow enjoy or Get completely clean. It’s very surprising given that the entire bathroom is big Big plus is the team. They are really wonderful. Every single one. The breakfast is also amazing."

"This place was great. Close to everything in the stunning Zell am See area. The front desk was super helpful and it was great to have a big balcony. The washer/dryer situation was a little fraught and we didn’t have hot water on the last day but the front desk was super helpful. I’d definitely stay there again"

"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

"Very nice stay, cheap and plesant"

"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "

"Great room, fantastic location. Friendly staff, tasty meals. A very good experience would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed are stay ,the owner was very nice and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean Breakfast was really good, We will definitely come back"

"good price good location. not enough amenities"

"Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. Just a shame restaurant was closed for dinner when we visited. Great breakfast "

"Fantastic location near the Gondola. Nice size and comfortable rooms and good food."

"Fantastic pictures on website. In reality expectations was not fullfilled."

"Staff was seriously the friendliest, most helpful people that we encountered on our whole trip. "

"Very central and good breakfast. Missed having an in person reception, so would possibly avoid this hotel in future and choose the linked hotel with the reception. It’s worth being aware that this is on a busy dining street with a nice evening buzzy vibe - so some people may find it too noisy."
