"I stood there last month for our anniversary. It was so nice and quiet. The staff were nice. If you want to eat you have to go into town there was a restaurant across the street but it was close the day I was there. The lodge is close to the park "

Clean hotel. Good launching point for the New Paltz area which is a five minute or less drive to the restaurants and downtown area. 20 minutes to Lake Minnewaska and the hiking areas there."

"Had I known we would have stayed at a ground floor room (parking lot right in front of it... fact not mentioned during the Expedia booking experience), I never would have booked this place. Stayed awake half the night.... the next door neighbours were loud past 11p.m. despite the hotel's policy.... would not consider revisiting this place. "
