"Everything was nice."

"Very nice room. I look to sleep in a cool room so didn’t like that the gas fireplace didn’t turn off. Didn’t understand the tv and wished had more channels. "

"I was very skeptical to stay here after reading all of the negative reviews, but we had a great stay. There were a few small things like some stains on the wall but sheets and towels were clean, and the view from our balcony was perfect which was the whole reason I booked there in the first place ! Did not get a chance to use the pool/hot tub but it seemed to be popular so it must have been nice and hot ! Not my go to spot to stay in Lincoln City but for a last minute trip with view we had a great time ! "

"The breakfast menu is meager, they served canned sausage gravy and biscuits every day and scrambled eggs. There was some yogurt and fruit cups but the fruit cups weren’t there every day and there was no fresh fruit or pastries. The parking was convenient and safe and was free. The pool was broken 1/2 our stay but was running the second part, the pool room needs upgrading and has peeling paint on the walls, the sauna looks to be permanently broken. The pool towels were used quickly annd not replaced, so we didn’t have any to use. Our room was clean, but there was popcorn spilt on the stairs that was there for 4 days. Overall the place just seems like the owners are either struggling to make ends meet or are cheap when it comes to upgrades. The staff is nice and accommodating. "

"This place was amazing. From the fantastic staff to the lovely updated rooms, the sweet balconies and great fire pits, this place is an absolute pleasure to stay at. Beach access was easily accessible also. We'll definitely be back!"

"Gorgeous setting. Plenty of parking. Very clean rooms and sweet staff. Every table in the restaurant had a stunning view of the ocean. Delicious meals. Short walk to the beach. Very relaxing atmosphere. However, the walls are thin and seeing how it was Spring Break, there were a lot of kids, some unruly and noisy. But overall, a really nice place in a beautiful location."

"Weather was awful but the accommodations where lovely"

"We enjoyed staying here as we have two times before. The rooms, the views, and the pool, sauna and hot tub are very nice. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and they have some nice touches like putting out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon around check in time. They used to have a happy hour from the desk and give a complimentary afternoon short wine pour that you could take out to the firepits, but that is no longer offered. We have enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the past but this time it disappointed. The breakfast was the exact same everyday. Microwave sausages, crockpot of white sausage gravy with the same sausages, powdered eggs, cubed potatoes and waffles. By day 3 of 4 they put out a bowl of cut melon, that was the only fruit we ever saw. Would have appreciated more fruits or anything with fiber or protein. I resorted to Raisin Bran the 3rd day and we didn’t eat the breakfast on our last day, I couldn’t do it anymore. We will still recommend this location but wish they would bring back some of the special touches that made this a great getaway. "
