We love Makoshika park and going for hikes with our dog. The huband and kids like to play Frisby golf there too. Only down fall is not a lot of restaurants.

"We arrived at the hotel before they received the reservation notice from Expedia; therefore did not have our reservation but made room for us and gave us an upgrade with our own bathroom. Very nice and accommodating!! Friendly staff and very clean hotel and rooms with a lot of interesting history :) "
