The house is conveniently located just off the I-17 freeway so it's easy to get anywhere in the Phoenix area but the neighborhood is so quiet you would never know. Beautiful neighborhood, host is welcoming and responsive, house was just as advertised. The peddle boats and pinball machines were a hoot! "
