Great Place!
Apple Hollow was the perfect place to stay to explore the nearby National Parks and State Parks! Clean and comfortable, nearly new, we loved staying in Unit #3. This "Tiny House" is a great use of space. Thanks!
We fell in love with the place immediately. I was all we needed and located in the perfect, peaceful little valley not too far from "supplies" and situated between quite a few parks that we had on our "to-do list"...

GREAT property!!!
Thank you for sharing your cute place with us. Your place is new and clean!!! We stayed 3 nights and saw Zion, Bryce Canyon and North Rim of the Grand Canyon!! We would love to come back and bring our family next time!!! Loved the apple orchards and the chairs on the porch to watch the stars at night!!!
We live in a 513sq ft tiny house ourselves so we appreciate the vibe of this place. Space enough between units to enjoy your privacy and was easy to visit cedar breaks, Zion and Bryce canyon
Starting off we weren’t given the correct code to unlock the lock box for the house key. There were no contact numbers given with the check in instructions and we had no cellular service at the house with AT&T. We had to ask one of the other neighboring renters if they had contact information for the owner. We got the contact information and then had to back track until we had cellular reception to get the correct lock box code for the house key. After contacting the owner a message was sent back promptly with the correct lock box code.
As far as the house goes - it is really cute. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the house but we noticed a bad odor coming from the washer when we were using it.
We enjoyed having a fire in the outdoor fire pit and a roasting stick and lighter were provided.
The maintenance of the grounds could be better. There were weeds around the house and an abandoned lawnmower out behind our house.
The location was great for us. We were there to visit Zion and Bryce NP and this was a great middle ground for both. There was a Family Dollar a few miles away .
Stayed here for a trip to Bryce and Zion with friends. Overall really great place, very peaceful and great firepit and stargazing. The cleaning could have been improved, lots of dust build up and water damage in bathroom.
Great property. Would definitely stay there again. Conveniently located between Bryce and Zion National Parks. NOT convenient to the Grand Canyon North Rim. The property was great. I did not understand the television service which was an issue for my husband.
This was a really nice place to stay with great kitchen and bathroom facilities and a comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our couple of days here - especially sitting on the veranda during a massive lightning storm! There is easy access to both Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon and shops just a few minutes down the road. Would definitely stay again.
A couple of minor suggestions....
Firstly, when we arrived, we knew the key-code but the email instructions didn't include the number of our property - we had to work it out. From talking to other people, I don't think we were the only people to find this.
Secondly, the app for the TV didn't appear to work on UK phones/iPads - we just got 'not available in your region'. There's probably not much you can do about this but might be worth noting in the instructions.
Thirdly, our BBQ hadn't been cleaned and our outside table was missing - we think it had been taken by one of the other houses. It might be worth leaving the outside table and chairs inside the property when they aren't in use.
As I say, none of these are real problems - just helpful ideas. We absolutely loved the place. Thank you.
Andy and Sara.

Wished we loved it as much as we hoped...
I have spent a lot of time pondering this review...As much as I have wanted to say it was great, I can’t. The construction & house is amazing! It definitely was what we expected. We were just disappointed from the get go & couldn’t get past it. For the money we spent did not meet our expectations. We traveled through 7 states & stayed at multiple places. The cleanliness was the biggest let down. The exterior was not well kept. Weeds, broken chairs, table (we put back together) & the grill was really dirty. Interior smelt like BO & I had to reclean & spray Lysol. I hate to complain because I manage housing too but it was not to the standard we expected for the price we paid. Our neighbor that moved in on our last night had no toilet paper & had to come ask us for a roll... I hope you can receive this as constructively as I intend. There is a brand new property up the way that we looked at while we were staying & drove thru, it is also less expensive. I know it is still under construction but it still had some upsides that we were ultimately let down by.
My husband and I stayed here when we visited Bryce and Zion and the location was perfect! Everything was just as listed and this was a great spot for our vacation. Thanks for such a lovely stay!

Awesome stay
We loved our tiny house #3. Perfect size for my wife, daughter and I. We cooked a couple of dinners. Wish we had more time to use the fire pits but the one night was fantastic. It was a good location to explore the area as we spent to Bryce, Capitol Reef, Grand Staircase and Antelope Canyon. Would recommend to friends for sure.

Modern comfort in amazing location!
My kids and I enjoyed quiet evenings at Apple Hollow, while exploring Zion and Brice Canyon National Parks during the day. We were able to cook our own meals, and roast marshmallows for dessert. Plus, with shower, comfortable beds, and SmartCast streaming, we didn’t have to give up any comforts of home. My only regret is that we didn’t get to see the orchard in season. Highly recommend!

Quiet, comfortable and close to the parks
New construction, good privacy compared to most other locations, nice accommodations and just enough room. Good location in relation to Zion and Bryce and other natural wonders. Added bonus is the night sky. Stargazing in your own mini-backyard! We would definitely stay again.

New and Nicely Styled!
Great amenities! TV, pullout bed, small kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer. Queen bed was comfy...everything looked to be very new! Fire Ring and grass around cabin...so nice. Propane BBQ as well.
The area is very quiet and cabins are spaced out among an apple orchard, overall so very nice!
