"Great place for a stay as went to 3 Arena for a concert. Staff very friendly. This was my first stay here and they kindly gave me some chocolates which was lovely. Definitely would stay again. Some people comment rooms are small, but that is Easyhotel policy, but for me I have no complaints with that. Great location."

However an evening staff possible manager was rude and would not allow me to eat in tje area designated to eat. He stated i only am allowed to eay outside food in my room. "The room was clean, shower pressure was excellent. Drink prices were fair and the lounge area was really lovely and welcoming. Breakfast seemed reasonably priced the selection was a bit limited. The biggest complaint I would have is that our room overlooked the trash area which was overflowing and very dirty with a lot of mixed materials in each bin. I get that a refuse area is never going to be spotless but when you know a room looks directly onto it it should be better maintained. "

"Check in was a little confusing but ok. Hotel layout is odd with the staff actually providing an escort to your room as it’s likely guests would get lost finding the rooms. Stayed on the street side which would have been loud, but they have good soundproof windows which were appreciated. Fantastic rain head shower which we enjoyed. "
