"Pool was under maintenance and breakfast was not great"

"Older and it shows. I had to ask for a hair dryer and an in room coffee maker but had to call twice. They did manage to scrounge each of those items up . The room across the hall was wide open and no one in it. I mentioned that to them and they said no one was in that room and the. Went and closed it. Just seemed odd. I will not be staying here again"

"Staff were engaging and pleasant, made sure to provide us with local information and insure that our stay was trouble free. The facilities were well maintained and our room was in perfect condition. Cof.fe was available 24/7 and the morning breakfast was well supplied and fresh."

"This was my second stay with this location. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working, but service desk helped us get some ice at the lobby. I made sure to get the same room as my last stay, I enjoy the quietness from hallway. Definitely plan to come back during the Special Olympics visit again. This location is the best from the campus activities."

"Everything was good till about 1030pm/11pm. Water started coming up out sink and bath tub. No one in our room was even up it started on its own left dirt in the sink and the sink filled half way with water. It sounded like a washe running in our room. I told staff and was just met with thanks. It was over $300 for the stay for water backing up in our sink. Otherwise hotel was nice hot tub was hot."

"There was raised bran. And I believe frosted flacks. There was some sugar don't individual wrapping, a couple of one type of muffin thatqewfallingapart. Noprotein, very little milk and juice. A very sad breakfast bar. Therewas nosoapfor washing our hands in the room. When I asked for some art the front desk they said ther order has not come in and gave me the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to use for hand soap. They had no ice."

"Breakfast was Not fresh. Coffee was stale on the first morning, fine after that. Room was not cleaned once during my 4 night stay. Air conditioning worked well."

"We had bugs in our room and felt them through the night which was very disruptive to sleeping Random people driving through the parking lot when we were next to our car asking for gas money and was evident they were using drugs Check in process was delayed and they kept telling us to call back every hour to see if our room was ready - this went on for 5 hours"
