The property is a nice 15 minute walk to the main strip of Kings Beach and about a 10 minute walk from Safeway. The house itself was clean and we enjoyed the log cabin feel of the interior. "We went there as two couple and a single adult. The house is as described in the listing. Even though it has the sq footage of the place, I thought it’d be bigger. For our group, it felt a little tight. The living room isn’t really set up for more than four people at the most if the TV is on. We spent most of our time on the front porch with a filtered view of lake. It was nice out there and only really hot for an hour when it was in direct sun. The grill was also nice and in good shape....

"We enjoyed access to the beach, and when we had questions we got answers almost immediately. The kitchen is upstairs which you can’t tell from the photos, and the bed in the upstairs bedroom (off the kitchen) was so hard & uncomfortable we ended up moving downstairs. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. We stocked k cups for the next guests but I’m thinking it was closed for the winter- there is a keurig and a coffee pot but also a nice Safeway less than a mile away for whatever you might want."

Only issue is we wanted to have 2 additional people stay which we had room for we had 2 empty bedrooms and they were not permitted to stay as they said the house only had a permit for 10 which was a bummer as they had to stay at a hotel."

"Although there was not enough snow to really ski heavenly, my family had a blast staying in this condo at this location in South Shore. Very close to a lot of action, casinos, restaurants, but best of all, it’s only 50 yards to the blue waters of Tahoe. The highlight was watching my son run down the pier and do a flip into freezing Lake Tahoe."
