English was a second language and although staff were polite they did not always understand what was being ordered or requested. It’s a lovely location and rooms were comfortable."

"We loved the Killarney avenue hotel!!! In the heart of town and we even drove in and didn’t have issues parking in the surface lot but there was an underground car park as well. Staff were friendly and available and were helpful and prepared us in advance. Beds and rooms were comfy, AC available and great location to get around town or around Kerry which we took advantage of. "
