The Hideaway Spot- Waterfront w/ Dock on Long Cove

  • Take a moment to unplug in nature with beautiful waterfront views! Perfect space for a family of four, two adult couples, or two business partners! Tiny living with tons of outdoor areas to retreat to: deck attached to home, concrete patio down by dock, and back/side yard as home is located at the end of the road for privacy! Marina and waterfront restaurant just minutes away! BONUS - fishing off this dock is some of the BEST fishing/crabbing around!
    There are external cameras at the property for security purposes and guest safety. Note -our home is located on a residential back street so we ask that you drive slowly for the safely of yourself and our neighbors! Guests are not permitted to get on boat at dock or lift.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
