"The heat never worked throughout our stay,mind you . This was in a 50 degrees weather and constant rain. Just cold all night long! Terrible ! Also the rooms have zero to no lightning,the bathroom didn’t have air vents so we literally had to shower with the doors open. Would not recommend!"

"The room was nice, beds were very comfortable and the kids were happy. We were in room 7000. There was a loud noise every 15-20 mins which was jarring. The one place we were excited to go was the pool. I’m sorry to say that the pool and The room was so gross. The indoor pool was cold, there were flies floating in the water. The paint from the ceiling was coming off and a lot of it was on the bottom pool. We were beyond bummed. The hot tub was also closed. The room was great, staff were super kind except for one security person. I probably would stay there again if these things were fixed."

"Worst hotel ever stayed at. Went into our room and the toilet barely flushed. The water slowly swirled in the toilet bowl. Almost seemed like it was clogged with no water pressure. We were switched to another room and during the night when it rained, the rain leaked through the ceiling. We called the front desk at 4AM because the rain was dripping into our room and it was loud enough to keep us up. Front desk said they couldn’t switch us to a different room because they were at max capacity and they said they would have maintenance come to the room first thing at 7:30AM. No one came. Hotel couldn’t give us a discount or any money back because we booked through hotels.com. All they could do was send points to my email to use towards another hotel in the future to which I never received. I would not recommend this hotel. Best to book somewhere else not waste your money at this hotel."

"We utilize this property whenever we are in town to see family. It’s a great location. Clean. And has the best staff. My ownly issue is it’s a major hub for the local airport, so parking can be tight if the shuttle is there, or a truck is making a delivery. Even still, if you have patience it’s fine."
