The TV has cable and a DVD player, ensuring hours and hours of entertainment. The living room has been recently updated with new furniture and carpet for your comfort. The kitchen has been newly remodeled as well, so don't hesitate to show off your cooking skills and surprise your beloved group with their favorite recipes that you can enjoy at the six-person dining table or on the deck with seating for five.

Lovely place

Just an overall great, cute place. It was just what we needed during this time of year! So glad we could stay here and relax and have a good time with our family. Would recommend this property to any one!

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Two adults and two college kids staying for a long weekend. The condo was very comfortable, quiet, and has a view of the river. It was a perfect location for us to get around the area. We would stay in Wilderness condo 41 again.

Nice deck and peaceful river view

Nice deck and tranquil river view with close beach access. The best of both worlds. The condo is nice with good furnished living room and dining room. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced. We enjoyed the fireplace and river view from the deck.

nice place to stay in the Homestead

My family and I enjoyed the Wilderness 41 unit for a short stay. It had nice updated bathrooms, functional kitchen and enough room for the 4 adults and two kids in our party. The location near the crystal ricer and Lake from was nice. Our only complaint was that the dryer didn't work and we didn't figure that our until the evening of our last night. I'm sure they will fix that for the next customer. We would definitely stay here again.

Given you know what to expect with the Homestead property, accommodations, and layout you can’t go below 3 stars. That being said, the condo was dirty with some big ugly stains in multiple area of the carpet. The condo finishes are cheap or old. Kitchenware is pretty old and mismatched but functional. Beds were comfortable enough for the week. No AC wasn’t an issue with the shaded lot and fans. There were some cleaning issues that we brought up with the management company and they were very apologetic, accommodating, and offered a cleaning fee refund. They handled it well and satisfactory for us.
