Delight yourself with sweeping views of Sleeping Bear Bay and Lake Michigan from this lower-level, two-bedroom condo! Dine alfresco on the wooden deck with a table and four chairs. The light and bright living room features a sleeper sofa, a fireplace, and a TV with cable and a DVD/CD player. From here, you can easily access the deck. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the essentials, including a breakfast bar for two and a dishwasher. The main bedroom features a flatscreen TV, another fireplace, an en suite bathroom, and beautiful lake views. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, an iHome clock/radio, and an on-site washer/dryer. An added perk, this condo does not have stairs.

Tree house with a view

The amenities were wonderful with a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable seating for entertaining and lounging. The inside was very clean and well kept and well decorated. The outside of the property meaning the deck siding and critter control could be improved. The setting was very quiet well, very close to several activities and Glen Arbor amusements

Great place

Very updated, well-decorated, cozy, clean and comfortable. Gorgeous view of the lake - in the 2 short nights we stayed, we were able to view an amazing sunset and watch a storm roll in over the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

The View was unbelievable. The condo was beautifully appointed with all you need for a comfy and cozy stay. Beautfiul deck to enjoy sunsets. Lots of comfortable furniture including the beds. We had a couple of issues but Vacasa was helpful and took care of everything. We look forward to returning soon. Great place!

The condo was comfortable and tastefully decorated. King Bed was also very comfortable. Liked all the windows being in an end unit. Had to call into Vacasa due to thermostat being locked in primary bedroom so we couldn’t get the AC turned on until the second day. The internet wouldn’t stay connected before disconnecting so was difficult to use laptop. Overall though a nice stay.

Loved the great lake view and the comfortable furniture and lighting; also the kitchen amenities. Suggestions for improvement: install grab bars in at least the master bath/shower to avoid risk of slip and falls; remove dust bunnies on the floor behind the beds; install an inexpensive sound bar under the living room TV; sound from the TV speakers is distorted.

Cozy Bungalow

Wonderful property with beautiful Lake MI views. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at the condo. The fireplace is wood burning and was lovely during the cold winter days/nights. Nice and quiet within walking distance to Whiskers and Cavannaghs, short 5 minutes drive into town. Very spacious - perfect rental for two couples. Two separate sleep/bath quarters.

Had very difficult time getting lockbox open upon arrival. Couldnt read numbers and box very tough to open.then had to call Vacasa to figure out how to work thermostat to warm place up. Bathroom towels threadbare, and tub slippery to shower in. Need to update bathrooms. Couldnt get dishwasher to work, and electrical outlets hard to access. Would have been nice if owners left instructions on how to use thermostat and some of appliances.. Beach was not within walking distance, had to drive to other side of resort, unlike what description of property said. Overall, lots of little annoyances added up to disappointment and frustration.would not recommend to others.

Nice condo

Condo was nice, decor was beautiful, layout of property very convenient with 2 separate beds and bath separated by kitchen and living room. Incredible view of Lake Michigan! Kitchen tile floors needed a good cleaning and one bathroom had globes over the lights missing and a very slow running and smelly drain. Kitchen drawers were full of crumbs and filthy dirty hot pads. We were supposed to run dishwasher upon leaving the unit, however there was no dish soap available. Also the Windows in the unit facing the lake were very dirty. Would be helpful to have an outdoor light by the front door, it was very hard to see the lock box in the dark.
