The first room I got was used and the bed had already been used and you could tell wasn’t clean. They did give us the next room on the floor above and you could tell that it hasn’t been used. The air conditioning didn’t work the best and the next morning the halls had a cigarette smell.

We had 2 different stores on the property and neither one had working air conditioning/heat. The third room smelled like smoke so we moved to an entirely different hotel. The staff was very accommodating and we were refunded our money.
